Various video projects captured for luxury home furniture brand based in the Carolinas.
From 2019 to 2020, I worked with Chaddock Home to capture video content supporting multiple projects and marketing needs. One of the primary pieces highlighted here was developed as a training and educational resource to help Chaddock’s sales representatives and internal staff better understand and communicate the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail behind the company’s furniture.
Filming took place across Chaddock’s furniture workroom in Morganton, North Carolina and showroom in High Point, North Carolina, allowing the production to connect the craftsmanship behind each piece with the finished furniture customers ultimately experience.
Inside the workroom, I focused on the craftspeople, materials, upholstery techniques, and intricate details that often go unseen once a piece is complete. Showroom footage then presented that craftsmanship in its finished form, creating a visual connection between Chaddock’s hands-on manufacturing process and the quality of the final product.
The footage supported multiple video projects for Chaddock Home between 2019 and 2020, including the featured training piece used to educate sales representatives and internal staff on the craftsmanship and construction behind Chaddock furniture.
By visually connecting the workroom process with the finished pieces in the showroom, the video gave Chaddock a more engaging way to demonstrate what goes into its furniture and equip its team to better communicate that value to customers.
